There will be NO 6 AM CLASSES this week during APS Spring Break.

MONDAY:          8:00 AM     20/20/20  

TUESDAY:         7:30 AM     STRENGTH FOR LIFE 

WEDNESDAY:   8:00 AM    CARDIO BARRE  

THURSDAY:      7:30 AM     CORE DYNAMICS 

FRIDAY:             8:00 AM     TABATA STEP & STRENGTH 

SATURDAY:      7:30 AM      MINUTE TO MINUTE 

                           8:30 AM     YOGA FOR EVERYONE
