- Inclement weather: We will assess each inclement weather situation as it occurs and make a determination whether or not we are able to hold class. It is very difficult to stick to one inclement weather policy; it has not worked in past years. Your own personal safety is your first and foremost consideration in deciding whether to attend class. Extreme care must be taken when entering and exiting vehicles, climbing or descending stairs, entering and leaving the building. Although we get periodic updates from Westover Church about parking lot and sidewalk shoveling status, we cannot assume a clear path for driving and walking will be available in all cases.
