The Fitness Break

Classes resume this week!

The Fitness Break offers small-sized classes, Certified Fitness Instructors, high and low impact workouts, fitness classes that include cardio, strength & resistance training, stretching, core conditioning. All fitness levels welcome. No membership fees, but socializing with your Westover neighbors is highly encouraged!
