Join us for fun and fitness at 8 AM Thanksgiving morning!
Put down that turkey baster and come to a special Thanksgiving workout on Thursday at 8:00 am! We’ll get our heart rates up by building combinations of “what’s on your plate?” Get ready to green bean grapevine, white meat waddle, cranberry relish rumble and much much more! After that we’ll do some strength training by “pushing away from the table” and end with some calming stretching and a few minutes of deep breathing to prepare us for the rest of the day!
