Women on Weights (WOW)
Total body strengthening using weights, tubes, bands, and other resistance equipment to promote bone health, boost metabolism, and improve your balance. Suitable for beginners & experienced exercisers. Each class concludes with 15 minutes of stretches to reduce muscle tension and improve overall flexibility.
