Do it All – cardio, strength, core and flexibility training in the space of an hour. 20 minutes of easy to follow, varied low impact cardio, 20 minutes of strength training using a variety of equipment including weights, tubes and medicine balls, and 20 minutes of core and flexibility training using bands, balls and more!
Get up early and get your workout done! Timed high intensity intervals (HIIT) alternate cardio work with strength training and end with core and flexibility training. Appropriate for all levels. We meet on the Westover Church parking lot on the 11th Street side of the building. During inclement weather, we meet inside in our studio. Optional & on occasion – 10 min stretch at end of class.
Heart and Sole
Incorporates two workouts in one! 30 minutes heart pumping hi/low (you choose!) After you get in your cardio, focus on 30 min of balance and core work. Think of it as “Barre” without the barre – lengthen and balance. Join us for one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry.
Hula Hoop Fusion
Using a 2# weighted hula hoop for assistance, resistance, support and fun, this is a no-impact, full body workout that fuses Pilates, Barre and Yoga-inspired moves. Tone, stretch, improve flexibility and balance, and work your core.

Great way to start your weekend! One minute cardio and strength segments alternate to give you a quick paced, varied workout. Designed to provide a challenge and burn calories.
Strength for Life
Build strength and flexibility through progressive resistance with major muscle groups using weights, gravity, levers, dynabands, exertubes and even your own body. This class will improve your metabolism and build functionality in daily living to counter the aging process.
Sweat and Sculpt Intervals
This interval class uses simple cardio movements interspersed with resistance training. Work hard for 20 seconds – rest for 10 seconds. Class finishes with core training and a stretch. Simple to follow – full body workout – optimal results.
